Our commitment

We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA on every page of salestec.us. We treat an accessibility problem as a defect and fix it like one.

Conformance status

We believe salestec.us meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is our own assessment, and no independent auditor has certified it.

How we check

  • Automated testing with axe-core against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 Level A and AA rules, on every page type at desktop and phone widths, before each release.
  • Keyboard-only checks of navigation, menus and forms, including focus order and visible focus.
  • Color contrast checked for every text and background pairing in our palette.
  • Form errors are announced to assistive technology and linked to the field they describe.
  • Animation is limited and switches off when your device asks for reduced motion.

Technologies relied on

The site relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA. Core content and the FAQ work without JavaScript. Forms and menus need JavaScript.

Known limitations

  • Interface sketches on service pages are illustrations of screens, not working interfaces. Each is marked as illustrative and the page text carries the same information.
  • The system diagram on the home page is described by a text label. Its detail is repeated in the services list below it.
  • If bot protection is enabled on a form, it is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which we do not control.
  • The site has not been tested by an independent auditor or with every screen reader and browser combination.
