By using this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is intended for business users aged 18 or over.

What the site is, and is not

The site describes SALES TEC LLC and the services we offer, and shares general information about business software. It is not an offer, a quotation or a contract, and it is not legal, financial, tax or technical advice for your situation.

Blueprints and interface sketches are illustrative examples we wrote to show our approach. They do not describe real clients or results.

Client work

Any engagement with SALES TEC LLC is governed by a signed agreement that sets out scope, fees, deliverables, ownership, confidentiality and warranties. Nothing on this website changes or adds to that agreement.

Information you send us

When you submit a form, email us or call, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers or other confidential or regulated data.

Unless we have signed a non-disclosure agreement with you, information you send us through this site is not confidential, although we will handle it as described in the Privacy Policy. If you need an NDA before sharing details, ask first and we will sign one.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logo, illustrations and code of this site belong to SALES TEC LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works from its content, or use our name and logo, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or other users' data;
• probe, scan or test the security of the site without our written permission;
• overload, disrupt or interfere with the site, or bypass its bot and rate-limit protections;
• use bots or scrapers to submit forms or harvest content;
• submit unlawful, harassing, deceptive or malicious content.

The site links to and uses services from third parties, such as maps, hosting and analytics providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SALES TEC LLC and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and availability

We may change the site or these terms at any time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies when you use the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about your use of the site, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

General

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the use of this site.
