Portals & Internal Tools

Customer, dealer and supplier portals, mobile apps for crews, and admin tools for your staff.

The problemCustomers keep emailing for things they could look up themselves.

A portal lets customers, dealers and suppliers see orders, invoices, stock and documents without calling you. Internal tools do the same for staff: small, fast interfaces over your data for jobs that spreadsheets handle badly.

§ 01What we build

What we build

  1. 01

    Customer and dealer portals

Order history, reorder, invoices and statements, delivery tracking and negotiated prices.

  2. 02

    Supplier portals

PO acknowledgement, ship-notice submission and document upload.

  3. 03

    Field and mobile apps

Job sheets, photos, signatures and checklists that hold up under poor coverage.

  4. 04

    Admin back offices

Fast internal screens for the records your team edits all day.

  5. 05

    Accounts and access

Per-company accounts, roles, and sign-in through Google or Microsoft where you want it.

Scope is fixed in the proposal at the end of discovery. How a project runs

How we would judge it

  • Status calls and emails per week
  • Portal accounts active in the last 30 days
  • Orders placed online
  • Days to collect on invoices
§ 03Connects to

Works with what you already run

  • ERP and order systems
  • Payment processors
  • Identity providers (Google, Microsoft)
  • Document storage
§ 04What we need from you

Before we start

  • The three questions customers ask most often
  • Which data is safe to show externally
  • A pilot group of customers or suppliers

What we do not build, and when to buy instead

We do not build public consumer apps or marketplaces. Portals are for known business accounts.

§ 05Questions

Questions about Portals & Internal Tools

Can customers pay online?

Yes, through a payment processor you choose. Card details are entered in the processor's hosted fields, which keeps you in the lightest PCI scope, and B2B portals can also take ACH.

Do customers see only their own data?

Yes. Each customer account sees only its own orders, prices and documents, enforced on the server and tested.

Will it work on phones?

Yes. Portals and field apps are designed for phones first where crews and drivers use them.
