SVC-CRM
Custom CRM
Leads, accounts, quotes and follow-ups organized around how your team sells.
The problemThe pipeline is spread across spreadsheets, inboxes and people's memory.
A CRM works when salespeople use it, and they use it when it matches how they sell. We build customer systems around your stages, your quote rules and your handoff to operations. A closed deal creates the customer and the order in your other systems instead of being typed in again.
What we build
- 01
Pipeline and accounts
Stages, owners, next actions and account history that follow your sales process rather than a generic funnel.
- 02
Quoting (CPQ)
Price lists, customer-specific pricing, margin floors and approvals, producing a clean quote document.
- 03
Closed-deal handoff
A won deal creates the customer record, the sales order and the onboarding tasks in your ERP and other tools.
- 04
Activity capture
Email and calendar sync so calls and follow-ups are logged without extra typing.
- 05
Service and renewals
Contract dates, renewal reminders and account notes for the team that keeps customers.
- 06
Sales reporting
Pipeline by owner, stage aging and win/loss reasons, so forecasts come from recorded data.

Scope is fixed in the proposal at the end of discovery. How a project runs
How we would judge it
- Deals with a next action set
- Quote turnaround time
- Win rate by stage
- Renewals contacted before expiry
- Time from close to first order
Works with what you already run
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- ERP and invoicing
- Marketing email tools
- Website forms
- Telephony and SMS (with opt-in handling that meets TCPA rules)
Before we start
- Your stages and quote rules, even if they are on a whiteboard
- An export of contacts, accounts and open deals
- Two or three salespeople who will try early builds
What we do not build, and when to buy instead
We do not build a full marketing automation platform or a phone system. If your needs are mostly contact management with light reporting, an off-the-shelf CRM is cheaper and we will say so.
Questions about Custom CRM
We already have a CRM. Can you extend it?
Often yes. If the tool is sound but missing pieces, we build the missing pieces and integrations. Replacement is worth it only when the tool is what holds you back.
How do you get salespeople to use it?
By involving them. Two or three of your sellers see working screens every two weeks and tell us what slows them down.
Can quotes pull live prices and stock?
Yes, when the ERP or price list can be read through an API or an import file. We confirm the method in discovery.
Can it text customers?
Yes, through an SMS provider, with opt-in and opt-out handling built in to meet TCPA rules.
