Privacy Policy
This policy covers personal information collected through salestec.us and in inquiries to SALES TEC LLC. It does not cover the software we build for clients, which is governed by each client contract.

What we collect, why, and for how long
This table is our notice at collection. It lists every category of personal information we collect through this site.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, health data or precise location. Please do not send any through the forms.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project.
- To assess whether we are a good fit, and to scope and price work.
- To run, secure and improve this website and to stop spam and abuse.
- To keep records we are required to keep, and to enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run advertising on this site, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Who processes it on our behalf
We use a small number of service providers. Each may process your information only to provide its service to us.
- Vercel Inc. hosts this site and provides Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Its analytics uses no cookies and identifies a visit by a hash of the request, discarded after 24 hours.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives the contents of the contact and project forms from our server and delivers them to our email inbox. It states that it keeps submissions for 30 days.
- Our email and telephone providers handle the messages and calls you send us.
- Cloudflare, Inc. provides Turnstile, a bot check that we may enable on forms. Turnstile processes technical signals such as IP address and browser details to tell people from automated traffic. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum (opens in a new tab).
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, when the law requires it, or to a buyer if the business is sold, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses none for advertising or cross-site tracking. See the Cookie Notice. Because we do not track you across sites, browser signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control do not change what we do.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you live in a US state with a privacy law, such as California, you may also have the right to know the categories and specific pieces we hold, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (we do neither), and not to be treated differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email business@salestec.us from the address you used to contact us, so we can match it to our records. We will confirm receipt and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for written proof of their authority. If we decline a request, we will tell you why.
Security and breach notice
Connections to this site are encrypted, our forms are checked for abuse, and access to inquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any regulators as the law requires, including under Florida Statutes section 501.171.
Where information is processed
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand your information will be handled in the United States.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
