The data usually exists already: in a carrier portal, a supplier's email and someone's spreadsheet. We bring it into one screen with alerts, so the buyer sees a late container or a short PO while there is still time to react.

Shipment status from carrier APIs, container-tracking aggregators and EDI status messages in one place, with exception alerts.

On-hand plus inbound, less committed, per location, with rules for which site ships an order.

Freight, duty, fees and brokerage allocated to items by value, weight or volume. Items are received at an estimated cost and trued up when final invoices and the entry summary arrive.

What we do not build, and when to buy instead
We prepare shipment and document data for your customs broker. We do not file entries with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and we do not replace a licensed broker. We do not build demand-planning platforms for large multi-echelon networks.

Can you connect to our carriers?
Where a carrier offers an API, a data feed or standard EDI status messages, yes. Where a carrier only sends email or PDFs, we build parsing and a manual-entry fallback, and tell you which carriers fall into which group.
Do you handle duty and customs entries?
We calculate and allocate landed cost and organize the data and documents your broker needs. The broker files the entry.
How is available-to-promise calculated?
On-hand quantity plus scheduled receipts, less quantities already committed to orders, per location. We agree the sourcing rules with you in discovery.
