From job completion to invoice on the same day
A service contractor dispatches crews by phone. Job sheets and parts usage return on paper days later.
This is an illustrative scenario written by SALES TEC to show our approach. It is not a description of a real client, and it contains no results.
§ 01The problem
Materials are not charged to jobs, invoices wait for paperwork, and customers cannot see appointment or job status.
§ 02How we would approach it
- 01Send work orders to crew phones with checklists, photos and signature capture that tolerate poor coverage.
- 02Track van stock and record parts against each job as they are used.
- 03Create the draft invoice when the job closes, ready for a single review step.
- 04Send the customer an approval and payment link and post the payment to accounting.
